Pixlash Earn Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 18, 2026
1. Who we are and what this covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Pixlash AI ("Pixlash", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information in connection with the Pixlash Earn creator program at earn.pixlash.com (the "Program"). Pixlash is the data controller for this information. The Pixlash mobile application is covered by the privacy policy published at pixlash.com; this policy covers the Program.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information from Google Sign-In: your name, email address, and profile picture.
- Application details you provide: your country, the types of content you make, and the social media accounts (platform and handle) you post from.
- Program activity: campaigns you join, clip URLs you submit, verification outcomes, view counts we record, and your earnings ledger (credits, holds, reversals, withdrawals).
- Payment details: the PayPal email address you provide for payouts and records of payments we send.
- Support communications: help tickets and messages you send us.
- Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device information, and server logs generated when you use the site.
- Advertising measurement data: cookies and identifiers set by the Meta Pixel, recording the pages you view on earn.pixlash.com, buttons you click, and whether you complete an application.
3. How we use information
We use this information to:
- operate the Program: authenticate you, process your application, run campaigns, review submissions, and verify views;
- calculate, hold, and pay earnings, and keep accurate financial records;
- prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, artificial engagement, and violations of our Terms;
- communicate with you about approvals, rejections, payouts, and Program changes, and respond to support requests;
- measure and improve our advertising, including which ads bring creators to the Program and how many go on to apply;
- comply with legal obligations, including tax, accounting, and sanctions requirements;
- maintain the security and reliability of the service.
4. Legal bases
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process your information: to perform our contract with you (running the Program and paying you); for our legitimate interests (securing the service, preventing fraud, promoting the Program); to comply with legal obligations; and with your consent where we ask for it. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that host and operate the Program under contract: Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Railway (application hosting), and Google (sign-in).
- PayPal, to send your payouts, limited to the information needed to make the payment.
- Meta Platforms, through the Meta Pixel, for advertising measurement and optimization. This is limited to your interactions with earn.pixlash.com (the pages you view, buttons you click, and whether you completed an application) and, when you are signed in, a hashed version of your email address and name.
- Professional advisers, authorities, or courts where disclosure is required by law, needed to enforce our Terms, or needed to protect the rights, safety, or property of Pixlash, our users, or others.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
6. Cookies and advertising
The site uses essential cookies (the authentication session cookies that keep you signed in) and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which sets advertising and cross-site tracking cookies.
We use the Meta Pixel to measure how our advertising performs: which ads bring creators to the Program, how far people get in the application, and who completes it. When you are signed in, the Pixel also sends Meta a SHA-256 hashed version of your email address and name so it can match your visit to an ad it showed you. The hashing happens in your browser; we do not send Meta your email address or name in readable form. Meta may use this information under its own data policy, including to build advertising audiences.
If you would rather not be measured this way, you can block the Pixel with a tracking-blocker or ad-blocking extension, or change the ad settings in your Meta account. Blocking it has no effect on your account, your submissions, or your earnings.
7. Data retention
We keep your information while your account is active. Financial records, including the earnings ledger and payout history, are kept for as long as required by tax, accounting, and anti-fraud laws even after account closure. Other information is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us; we will honor it subject to these legal retention requirements.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, you have the rights provided by the CCPA, including to know, delete, and correct. We do not sell your personal information for money. Our use of the Meta Pixel may qualify as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising as the CCPA defines it; you can opt out by blocking the Pixel as described under "Cookies and advertising", or by emailing support@pixlash.com.
To exercise any right, email support@pixlash.com from the address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by applicable law.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, row-level database security, and least-privilege service credentials. No system is completely secure; you use the Program at your own risk, and you should keep your Google account protected with strong credentials and two-factor authentication.
10. International transfers
Our service providers process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers from the EEA or UK are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses implemented by our providers.
11. Age
The Program is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a person under 18 has created an account, we will close it and delete the associated information, subject to legal retention duties.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by updating this page and its effective date, and where appropriate by additional notice. Your continued use of the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
